Retry policy
How FeatureOS retries failed webhook deliveries, and where to view retry logs.
When a webhook fires, FeatureOS sends a POST request to your configured URL.
If the request fails — meaning we do not receive a 200 from your endpoint — we
retry according to the retry policy.
Retry policy
When a delivery fails, we retry the request three times, at intervals of 5 minutes, 30 minutes, and 2 hours. If all three retries fail, we stop retrying and disable the webhook.
You are then notified by email. To re-enable the webhook after fixing your endpoint, go to your FeatureOS Dashboard → Organization Settings → Webhooks.
Retry logs
You can view the retry logs for a webhook by opening it from the webhooks area. The logs show the status of each delivery attempt.
